Our one-step pads are great for the treatment of acne-causing clogged pores without the use of harsh chemicals. Each pad is infused with glycolic acid an alpha-hydroxy acid, which has been proven to correct discoloration and dark spots on the skin while reversing sun damage with every use.

Salicylic acid is especially helpful in treating acne because of its ability to penetrate the follicle. It encourages the shedding of dead skin cells from within the follicle, helping keep the pores clear of this debris. Salicylic acid, therefore, reduces the number of pore blockages and breakouts on the skin.

Glycolic acid is known to reach under the dead skin cells laying on top of our skin and loosen the "glue" type substance that holds those cells to our skin. This action causes the cells to turnover and improves the appearance and texture of the skin.

Usage Instruction:

These peel pads are generally intended for daily use, but everybody is different. If your skin starts to become overly irritated, such as drying, flaking, redness, etc, discontinue use. Take care to avoid sensitive areas such as your lips and mucus membranes.

To get the most out of your pads, prep your skin first. You should always wash your face with a facial cleanser. Cleansers should generally be free of fragrances, dyes, and “soaps” that may clog your pores or irritant your face. Look for cleansers that are dermatologist recommended and non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores and create blackheads). After you have thoroughly cleansed your face, pat dry.

Avoid sensitive areas swipe pad across your face. You may feel some slight tingling to a slight sting, depending on the sensitivity of your skin. This sensation should subside in about 2 minutes or less. If problems arise, or the stinging does not stop quickly, rinse your face with copious amounts of water to stop the acid from reacting and remove it from your face.
