INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: Although 99% of our packages are delivered promptly, we must make you aware that some package do get lost or seized by customs. The buyer will be responsible for all fees, taxes, or duty and complications incurred in relation to shipping internationally. THEORY dose not claim liability for undelivered packages, lost packages, or packages confiscated by customs and will not issue full or partial refunds due to these complications. We would be happy to offer compensation in the form of a discount for a replacement order. It is advised that all buyers check your country's customs laws and fees. All orders should be placed with this in mind. You will be BLACKLISTED and no future purchases will be authorized if you file any claims with Paypal. Name, address, email, phone number and area will be blocked from future purchases. A copy of these terms and conditions will go to your bank and to Paypal in the event of a filed claim as proof of your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms. 

Buyers acknowledge that all sales are final on opened products. A fourteen day return with RAN on sealed products with a 30% restocking fee and recovery of ANY shipping costs we incur. 

US buyers: If your package shows delivered that is what we go by. If you want to open a dispute you will need to show proof that you contacted your local post office and that you have opened an investigation. Unfortunately, too many people are making claims of missing packages when they are in fact delivered. By making your payment, you are agreeing to our terms.
